How to Use:
Gently slide the Frisky Pleasure Balls inside the vagina, leaving the silicone cord outside for retrieval. With every movement feel the stimulating rocking motion of the weighted ball. For an added workout, the Frisky Pleasure Balls can be used to do Kegel exercises by squeezing your pelvic muscles around the balls as you hold them in place.
As your muscles strengthen, increase the intensity of your workout by progressing from the single ball to the heavier weighted duo balls.
Lightly pull the silicone cord for easy removal. Remove before sexual intercourse. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods of time. Wash thoroughly before and after use.
