THE DUCHESS SWAN GUIDE
The Duchess Swan has two independently controlled motors for
internal and clitoral pleasure.
How to Use:
Your Duchess Swan should come with a small initial charge
and be travel locked out of the box. If it does not have a charge, follow the
instructions in the charging section.
This vibrator has 2 buttons used for turning ON/OFF,
incremental speed control, and travel lock.
The top button controls the internal motor.
The bottom button controls the clitoral motor.
Travel Lock/ Unlock:
Press and hold both buttons for 4 seconds, or until you feel
2 quick vibrations. When travelling, always put your SWAN® in the “travel lock”
mode.
ON/OFF:
To turn on the internal motor, press the top button once.
To turn on the clitoral motor, press the bottom button
once.
The button(s) will light up when the vibrator is on. Press
the button(s) again at any time to turn the vibrations off.
Incremental Speed:
Press and hold the top button to increase power within the
internal motor.
Press and hold the bottom button to increase power within
the clitoral motor.
As the power increases, the button(s) will flash and will
stop flashing once the maximum power is reached. Let go of the button(s) at any
time or once you have reached your desired speed.
Cleaning:
It is important to clean your product with toy cleaner
before and after every use. To clean, simply spray or pump the cleaner onto a
cloth or directly onto the applicable surface, and wipe. Rinse away the cleaner
with water and leave the product to air dry.
Always unplug before cleaning and allow to completely dry
before use. Do not use any type of solvents such as alcohol or benzene, which
may damage not only the finish, but the product itself. To avoid shock, keep
the USB cord free from tangling and inspect it for damage frequently.
Charging:
Insert the pin of the USB cord into the charge port located
on the bottom of The Duchess Swan, and then plug the USB cord into a USB wall
adaptor. The LED light will glow indicating that the unit is charging. When the
unit is fully charged, the light will disappear. After charging is complete,
The Duchess Swan will unlock automatically and be ready for use.
If the product will not be used for long periods of time,
the battery should be recharged at least once every three months. If possible,
avoid fully draining the battery. Charge often between uses to prolong battery
life. Only charge with the USB cord provided.
Health and Safety Precautions:
Do not charge near water.
Do not charge if the USB cord appears damaged. Do not use
other USB cords with your product if you have lost the one provided. Contact

adaptors vary by country, be sure to use the proper one for your area. Do not
use the product while it is charging.
Do not put the product in the dishwasher or microwave
because it will damage your product and void the warranty.
This product is sold as a novelty only. It is not intended
for medical applications or any use that has an adverse affect on any function
of the body. Use a toy cleaner for all your cleaning needs, before and after
use.
To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing physical
conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas of
skin. Wash before and after use. Do not share with other sexual partners. Help
to prevent other sexual diseases through the use of condoms, sexual education,
proper judgment and rigorous, diligent care.
Never let children play with this product. In case of
pregnancy, diabetes or illness, consult your physician before use. SWAN

Troubleshooting:
When I press the button, the unit does not vibrate.
The unit is not charged. Charge it using the instructions in
the charging section.
When I press and hold the button, it vibrates and then
stops when I let go.
Double-pressing the button will cause it to turn on and turn
off. Make sure to press and hold the button until it reaches the desired
vibration speed and then let go.
When I press and hold the button, the speed doesn’t
change.
When pressing and holding the button, once the light stops
flashing, you have reached the highest speed.
I want to gradually increase speed as I go along, but it
always stops and then I have to press and hold again for longer each time.
You can increase speed by pressing and holding the button.
If you do not press and hold long enough (more than two seconds), the vibrator
will turn off.
The vibrator goes on by itself.
The vibrator needs to be locked, otherwise it may turn on
unintentionally if the button accidentally gets pressed. Press and hold both
buttons for 4 seconds to activate/deactivate travel lock.
The light on the button does not go on.
The vibrator is running low on charge or power. Charge it using
the instructions in the charging section.
I dropped the vibrator, is it broken?
Like all electronic devices, SWAN® is a delicate product
that can get damaged internally. It is possible that your vibrator could be
broken. To test it, lock and unlock the vibrator, charge the device and check
it
My vibrator is taking longer than indicated to charge.
In some cases, charging may take longer in certain power
sources than others. Please be advised that for maximum results, it is
suggested to plug the USB charging cable into a USB 2.0 or higher wall adaptor
for your region. s performance.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
All SWAN® products offer a complimentary 1-year limited
warranty for any defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original
retail purchase. This is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the
purchased product and does not cover damage or tears and rips in the silicone
caused by physical or natural destruction, misuse, or other external causes.
Any attempt to disassemble the SWAN® product will result in the withdrawal of
warranty privileges. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling
costs along with itemized proof of purchase (hold on to your receipt). SWAN®
must be notified about your return item before sending out the product.
SWAN® reserves the right to refuse and return damaged items
that do not follow the above description after inspecting the returned item.
All shipping and importing costs are non-refundable and will be charged to the
customer. If SWAN® decides to replace the component, the replacement will not
extend the life of this warranty. SWAN® will not accept any additional charges
for work performed by the customer or a third party unless it is authorized by
